GoaThrills ("we", "our", "us") is a Goa-based Destination Management Company (DMC) providing Goa tour packages, activities, cruises, stays, transfers and B2B travel services. Our registered office is located at Office No. 6, 21/6, Holiday Beach Street, Khobra Vaddo, Calangute, Goa 403516.

Unlike traditional product businesses, our primary "shipping" involves digitally delivering booking confirmations, vouchers, e-tickets and itinerary documents to your WhatsApp and email. For select services and clients, we also offer physical courier delivery of travel kits and signed documents.

By confirming a booking with GoaThrills, you agree to the shipping and delivery terms described in this policy.

This Shipping Policy covers delivery of booking documents for the following services:

• Goa tour packages (2N/3D, 3N/4D, 4N/5D, 5N/6D and custom packages)
• Goa group packages, Goa family packages, Goa couple packages and Goa corporate packages
• Goa honeymoon packages and weekend getaways from Goa
• Activity bookings including scuba diving in Goa, watersports in Goa, sunset river cruise Goa, Dudhsagar Falls tour, Grand Island boat trip, adventure tourism Goa, bungee jumping, flyboarding, kayaking, heritage walks Goa and casino in Goa
• Hotel and stay bookings across North Goa tour packages and South Goa tour packages
• Transfers and transport including airport pickups, private cabs, shared buses, tempo travellers and luxury buses
• B2B bookings with travel agents, tour operators, corporate partners and event companies

This policy does not cover delivery of physical goods like souvenirs, food items or merchandise, as GoaThrills is a travel services company.

Digital delivery is our primary and default delivery method. All booking confirmations, vouchers, e-tickets and itinerary documents for Goa tour packages, activities, stays and transfers are delivered electronically. This ensures:

Delivery timelines depend on when your booking is confirmed and payment is received. Here is the standard delivery flow:

Bookings confirmed after business hours (after 8 PM) or on Sunday will be delivered by 11 AM the next business day.

Every GoaThrills booking voucher is a secure PDF that includes:

While digital delivery is our default, we offer physical courier delivery for select clients and bookings. This is typically requested by:

• Corporate clients booking Goa corporate packages who prefer signed hard copies.
• B2B agents for Goa who need physical invoices and partner agreements.
• Group bookings above 50 guests who require branded travel kits.
• International clients who prefer physical documents for visa or travel insurance purposes.
• Travellers above 60 years old who prefer printed documentation.

Physical delivery includes:

• Printed and signed booking vouchers.
• Printed itinerary documents.
• Signed invoices and receipts (where applicable).
• Branded travel kit including luggage tag and welcome card (for large group bookings).

For physical delivery, GoaThrills partners with leading courier companies to ensure safe and trackable delivery across India and select international destinations.

• Domestic Couriers | We work with top-tier Indian courier partners for delivery to all major cities and towns across India.
• Metro Cities | 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities | 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
• Remote Locations | 5 to 7 working days after dispatch, subject to courier reach.
• International Delivery | Available on request to select countries via international courier partners. Timelines vary from 7 to 15 working days.
• Tracking | All dispatches include a tracking ID shared via WhatsApp and email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Digital delivery is always free of charge. Physical courier delivery is available on request at additional cost based on destination and weight.

Delivery charges are collected before dispatch and are non-refundable even if the booking is later cancelled. Corporate and B2B clients may have delivery charges waived as part of their partner agreement.

Tracking your delivery with GoaThrills is simple:

1. Digital Vouchers | You receive WhatsApp delivery confirmation and email confirmation with the voucher attached.
2. Physical Couriers | You receive a courier tracking ID within 24 hours of dispatch via WhatsApp and email.
3. Real-Time Updates | Courier partners send SMS and email updates as your parcel moves.

For physical delivery, you are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Please double-check the following before confirming:

• Full name of the recipient.
• Complete street address including flat or house number.
• Landmark or locality name.
• City, state and PIN code.
• Mobile number for courier contact.
• Alternate contact number (recommended).

A delivery is considered failed when the courier partner is unable to hand over the parcel after 3 delivery attempts. Common reasons include:

• Recipient not available at the address.
• Address incomplete or incorrect.
• Recipient refused delivery.
• Local restrictions or access issues at the address.
• Phone number switched off or not reachable.

In case of failed delivery:

1. Courier partner returns the parcel to GoaThrills.
2. We contact you on WhatsApp and email to confirm the correct address.
3. Re-dispatch is attempted at additional courier charges.
4. If you prefer, we can send a digital copy of all documents free of charge.

B2B agents for Goa and corporate clients have access to enhanced delivery services:

• Partner Dashboard | All booking vouchers are instantly available in your partner dashboard.
• Priority Email | Vouchers are emailed to the partner email ID within 2 hours of booking confirmation.
• Bulk Physical Delivery | For high-volume partners, we offer consolidated monthly dispatches of signed invoices and travel kits.
• Dedicated Account Manager | Every B2B partner has a dedicated account manager for document-related support.
• Signed Agreements | Printed and signed partnership agreements delivered via courier within 3 to 5 working days of request.

GoaThrills offers international courier delivery for select countries on request. This is typically used by international travellers and B2B partners based outside India.

• Supported Countries | Available for delivery to the UK, USA, UAE, Singapore, Australia and select European countries via international courier partners.
• Customs & Duties | Any customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges are the recipient's responsibility.
• Documents Required | International shipments may require additional ID and address proof as per destination country regulations.
• Delivery Time | 7 to 15 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.
• Charges | Quoted on request based on destination and document weight.

During peak travel season (December, New Year, long weekends) and the Goa monsoon, delivery times may extend slightly:

• Digital Delivery | Remains 2 to 4 hours even during peak season.
• Physical Courier | May take 1 to 2 extra working days due to courier network congestion.
• International Delivery | May take 3 to 5 extra days during peak season and holiday periods.

If you do not receive your booking voucher within the expected delivery timeline, take these steps:

1. Wait 30 Minutes | Sometimes WhatsApp or email may delay delivery by a few minutes.
2. Check Spam Folder | Email vouchers occasionally land in spam or promotions folders.
3. Check WhatsApp Storage | WhatsApp media may not download if storage is full.
