GoaThrills is a Goa-based Destination Management Company (DMC) providing travel services including but not limited to Goa tour packages, Goa holiday packages, activities, stays, transfers, cruises, corporate retreats, B2B ground handling and personalised itineraries. We are recognised as the best DMC for Goa by travellers and B2B agents for Goa across India.
These Terms apply to all bookings made through our website, WhatsApp, phone, email or in person. They form a legally binding agreement between you (the traveller, B2B agent, corporate client or partner) and GoaThrills.

GoaThrills operates as a full-service DMC for Goa, offering North Goa tour packages, South Goa tour packages, weekend getaways from Goa, Goa to Goa tour packages, heritage tours Goa, offbeat Goa experiences and local Goa experiences curated by our team on the ground.
Section 2 Definitions
- GoaThrills, we, us or our refers to GoaThrills, its owners, employees, agents and partners, operating as a DMC for Goa.
- Traveller, you or guest refers to any individual who books or travels on a GoaThrills service, including Goa tour packages, Goa family packages, Goa couple packages or any other experience.
- B2B Agent or Partner refers to travel agents, tour operators, corporate travel partners, hotels, event companies and B2B travel businesses working with GoaThrills for packages DMC for Goa services.
- Booking refers to any confirmed reservation of a package, activity, stay, transfer or custom itinerary, including Goa group packages, Goa corporate packages and Goa honeymoon packages.
- Service refers to any experience, tour, cruise, stay, transfer or activity facilitated by GoaThrills, including Dudhsagar Falls tour, Grand Island boat trip, sunset river cruise Goa, scuba diving in Goa, watersports in Goa, casino in Goa, heritage walks Goa, adventure tourism Goa, wellness retreats Goa, spice plantations Goa, wildlife sanctuaries Goa, culinary trails Goa and eco-tourism Goa.
Section 3 Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when GoaThrills issues a written confirmation through an official channel (WhatsApp, email or a signed voucher). Verbal discussions, website enquiries and pending quotes are not treated as confirmed bookings. This applies to all Goa tour packages, Goa holiday packages, Goa group packages, Goa family packages, Goa couple packages, Goa corporate packages and Goa honeymoon packages.
- The traveller must provide accurate personal details including full name, mobile number, travel dates, number of guests and any special requirements.
- Bookings are subject to availability of hotels, vehicles, activity slots and weather conditions at the time of confirmation.
- GoaThrills reserves the right to refuse any booking without stating a reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incomplete details or inappropriate requests.
- All bookings are non-transferable unless expressly agreed in writing by GoaThrills.
- For Goa group packages above 15 guests and all Goa corporate packages, a formal written agreement may be required alongside these standard Terms.
Section 4 Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted by GoaThrills are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are per person and may vary based on season, availability, group size and inclusions. This applies to all Goa tour packages, including Goa holiday package 2 nights 3 days, Goa weekend getaways, North Goa tour packages and South Goa tour packages.

Payment terms for Goa tour packages typically require an advance to confirm the booking, with the balance payable before service commencement or on arrival. Specific payment schedules will be communicated at the time of booking.
- All applicable government taxes are included unless otherwise stated.
- Any increase in government taxes, entry fees or hotel rates may be passed on to the traveller.
- GoaThrills is not responsible for bank charges, gateway fees or currency conversion differences.
- For Goa corporate packages and B2B bookings, invoicing and GST terms may be agreed separately.
Section 5 Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via WhatsApp or email. The following standard cancellation policy applies to most Goa tour packages, Goa family packages, Goa couple packages, Goa group packages, activities and stays:
Full refund minus any non-refundable third-party charges.
25% cancellation fee applies.
50% cancellation fee applies.
No refund. 100% cancellation charge applies.
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days to the original payment method.
- Refunds cannot be issued for missed activities, no-shows or unused portions of a package.
- Weather-related cancellations for watersports, scuba diving in Goa, sunset river cruise Goa and adventure tourism Goa are subject to operator policy and safety guidelines.
- Goa in monsoon and Goa micro-cation bookings during off-season may have separate cancellation windows.
Section 6 Travel Documents & Identification
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo identification at all times. This applies to all Goa tour packages, including North Goa tour packages, South Goa tour packages, Goa honeymoon packages and adventure tourism Goa.
- Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID for Indian citizens.
- Valid Passport and Indian Visa for international travellers.
- Age proof for children where required by hotels or activity operators.
- Any additional permits required for Dudhsagar Falls tour, forest entries, wildlife sanctuaries Goa, spice plantations Goa or protected areas.
GoaThrills is not liable for any denied entry, missed service or cancellation caused by incomplete, expired or invalid documentation. This applies to all bookings including Goa family packages, Goa couple packages, Goa group packages and Goa corporate packages.
Section 7 Liability
GoaThrills acts as a booking facilitator between the traveller and independent service providers such as hotels, transport operators, activity vendors and cruise companies. This applies to all services including Goa tour packages, Goa holiday packages, Goa group packages, Goa corporate packages and Goa honeymoon packages.
- GoaThrills is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers.
- GoaThrills is not responsible for lost personal belongings, missed flights or missed trains.
- Travellers participate in adventure activities (scuba diving in Goa, bungee jumping, watersports in Goa, flyboarding, kayaking, adventure tourism Goa) at their own risk and are required to follow all safety instructions.
- GoaThrills strongly recommends comprehensive travel and health insurance for all travellers.
- Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the services booked through us.
- For B2B agents for Goa and corporate clients, separate liability terms may apply under partner agreements.
Section 8 Force Majeure
GoaThrills is not liable for failure or delay in performing services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, floods, cyclones, earthquakes or severe weather | especially relevant for Goa in monsoon and Goa micro-cation bookings.
- Government restrictions, curfews, lockdowns or strikes.
- Pandemics, epidemics or public health emergencies.
- Wars, civil unrest, terrorism or political instability.
- Technical failures, port closures or airline cancellations affecting any Goa tour package.
In such events, GoaThrills will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer alternative arrangements, but refunds remain subject to third-party policies. This applies to all bookings including Goa family packages, Goa group packages and Goa corporate packages.
Section 9 Traveller Conduct
All travellers are expected to behave respectfully towards service providers, fellow travellers, locals and the environment. This applies to all Goa tour packages including Goa group packages, Goa family packages, Goa couple packages, Goa corporate packages and Goa honeymoon packages. GoaThrills reserves the right to terminate a booking without refund if a traveller:
- Engages in abusive, threatening or violent behaviour.
- Violates local laws or damages property of vendors.
- Endangers the safety of themselves or others.
- Misuses or consumes illegal substances.
- Disrupts heritage walks Goa, culinary trails Goa or eco-tourism Goa experiences for other guests.
Section 10 Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, graphics, logos, itineraries, package descriptions, videos and design is the exclusive property of GoaThrills and is protected by copyright and DMCA regulations. This includes content relating to all Goa tour packages, Goa group packages, Goa family packages, Goa couple packages and Goa corporate packages.
- You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, mirror or download content from this website for any purpose.
